So after we finished all the celebrations  and we took very serious the part with New Year , New Me and with  our New Resolutions   it's time to start with my no 1 .... Try to stay healthy , and after everything what our body went through (Turkey and Ham, Christmas Pudding, and lovely mulled wine) it's crying for help, I have here the right thing!
